Twitter is one of famous micro blogging social network. We can give short information to whom following our tweeter. It’s long time have account at tweeter but don’t know so important this tool as a social network. Now, is time to expand the network through this tool.

Both tools above are quite similar. We just put ‘em twitter account name and password. Just wait, then check your followers on email.

Facebook Networkedblogs finally
OK, after get 2 post as tester for this facebook application. Finally (after 4 days off due i get holiday 
), my second post was appear on my friend facebook homepage after twelve hours queue. This happen cause my blog only have 7 followers. Mmmm.. this sound good, since i invite 20 friends to follow.

Publish this post on facebook wall
I just have setting networkedblogs application on facebook. This application have ability to feed my post here (self hosted wordpress blog) directly to publish on my facebook wall. The good news, instead this post appear on my facebook profile, it’s also could appear on my friend home page stream.
Compare to my another blog which using wordbook plugin. This only show the subject of post and just come into facebook profile only.
This post is a first tester..

Make a blog loading like a thunderstorm!
Instead of this blog is host in free hosting, i must ensure this blog could access in seconds. Therefore, i look around google to finding blog optimization. Here is my result :
I. Wordpress Plugin
I need to install at least 2 plugin to optimize my blog loading. They are DB cache & Optimize DB. Here, i’m using DB cache instead of WP Cache or WP Super Cache plugins as i take from DB cache developer site :
“This plugin is based on a fundamentally different principle of caching queries to database instead of full pages, which optimizes WordPress from the very beginning and uses less disk space for cache files because it saves only useful information.
It saves information separately and also caches hidden requests to database”
Second thing important is Optimize DB which keep our database clean.
II. phpMyAdmin
Optimize database through phpMyAdmin. Access phpMyAdmin on cPanel and select all database, on dropdown menu select “Optimize table”, then below is my result :
Instead of above tips, i think we should consider others factor such as php & css whitespace coding, removing unusual plugins & not using our hosting to place many images.
Finally to check our blog access timing we need to put following code on footer.php :

Make blog logo and icon
This is my method who don’t have design skill to make logo and icon for this blog. I just come to cool text and follow the guidance, they will take the job to design our logo. I choose a logo design, put the text i want, select a suitable font, color and output file format. Finally just click a Render Logo button then our logo is ready to download.
For the icon, still in cool text but in Button menu. Select a suitable font, shape, color and effect, then button is ready to download.
Place the icon
To get the icon appear on the address bar of web browser, we need to convert above button to .ico file, here i’m using FavIcon from Pic service. Just browse our button files above as image to use then click on Generate favicon.ico button next we will get .zip files ready to download. To place the icon on the web, extract .zip file and put favicon.ico into active wp themes via ftp or access our hosting service. Then upload favicon.ico to /public_html/wp-content/themes/[active themes]. To activate this icon, access to wordpress admin dashboard then at Appearance menu, click on editor and choose header.php. Put following code before </head> :
<link rel=”shortcut icon” href=”<?php bloginfo(’template_directory’); ?>/favicon.ico” />
Ussually we need to refresh web browser to take an effect of this job.

Change wp admin to profile name
After install wordpress on 000webhost. Now i plan to change username from admin [default given by wordpress to profile name who will identify as author name during publish a posting. This i do because i don’t want every post on my blog appear ‘was posted by admin’.
1. 000webhost |cPanel | phpmyAdmin
2. find out wp_user then click browse
3. Click on pencil button to edit
4. Edit user_nicename, displayname
5. Finally click on GO button to activation
